Responsibilities

​

• Serve as a servant leader, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring alignment with Agile values, principles, and practices to enhance collaboration, communication, and decision-making.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to teams, product owners, and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and practices. Support continuous improvement of Agile practices through ongoing feedback and coaching.

• Identify and address inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Facilitate communication between Agile teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and transparency in project progress.

• Drive Agile transformation by collaborating with leadership on strategy and promoting an Agile mindset across the organization.

• Empower teams to self-organize, make decisions, and foster a supportive environment encouraging innovation and learning.

• Track Agile metrics, provide regular updates, and use data-driven insights to improve processes and support decision-making.

• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery by removing blockers and maintaining adherence to the definition of done.

 

​Qualifications

​

• Demonstrated ETS keystone behaviors

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

• Deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.

• Familiarity with Agile project management tools and software development practices.

• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus.

• Understanding Agile engineering practices (TDD, CI/CD, etc.) is a plus.
