Responsibilities

• You will work on a variety of project types e.g. Branding , Creative Direction , Social Communication , Video Editing , Sound editing , Workshop and more to come which can represent ETS team identity

• Contribute digital content of team for digital channels and social media platform (Facebook Page , Youtube and Website etc.)

• Utilize the best combination of color, typography, illustration, photography, animation , motion graphic and layout techniques to design an outstanding visual

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines

• Work closely with content writers and the marketing team to create ideas and support the projects

• Proofread and ensure final graphic , layouts before launching

• Work as an Agile Team and follow team’s framework (Scrum Process)

• Assist team members when needed to accomplish team goals

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ETS keystone behaviors

• At least 1 + years of experience as a Creative Graphic Designer is required

• Excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop , Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro X and After Effects

• Ability in Wix and Webflow skills

• Highly creative and strong innovative design skills

• Strong knowledge of digital tools

• Multidisciplinary design skills and interested in learning a variety of design skills (Design Thinking , Brand Strategy , Digital Communication , etc.)

• High responsibility and excellent time management skills

• Knowledge of UX/UI design (would be an advantage)

• Able to write a copy of an advertisement or post captions (would be a plus)
