Responsibilities

​

• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events

• Collaborate with other internal and external teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives

• Develop optimization strategies and perform keyword research and increase the company’s search engine result rankings

• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, and other factors to achieve SEO best practices

• Track, report, and analyze website analytics, as well as, those of competitors to improve the company’s search engine ranking

• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across the company's different product and service, as well as, their media

• Support team to accomplish the team goals
   

​Qualifications

​

• Demonstrated ETS keystone behaviors

• Have experience in marketing or a related field (2-5 years)

• Strong knowledge of various marketing (SEO, SEM) and online tools (Google ads, Facebook ads) or analytics tools (Facebook analytics, Google analytics), and web-site management systems

• Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge about graphics design, content writing or video editor (is a plus)

• T-shaped person, ability to work outside of core area (T-shaped Skills)

• Self-driven and proactive nature

• High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
